T7 230 Atom

Our new range of fan less Intel Atom powered PCs are based on our popular T7 chassis. These units are compact, robust, cost effective and can be customised to your requirements. Finished in anodised black they can be mounted horizontally, vertically (desk footprint is 57x224mm) or on optional wall bracket. By utilising TranCool technology, the units are fan less and therefore near silent. Operational costs are minimal - from 24W to 29W.

All the products come with the Tranquil PC Ltd 'Zero Carbon in use' certification. All standard environmental requirements are adhered to i.e. RoHS.

An excellent value proposition. Highly capable machine, runs straight out of the box, almost completely silent, uses a fraction of the power of a 'normal' PC whilst not compromsing on any level of performance. As a home machine operating in a living space I don't think you could do better. Chris D

On first start-up, ready for work almost immediately, unlike other recent new computers full of "bloatware" - well done! Since then, trouble-free - obviously not lightning fast but fine for most tasks. I use as music server (squeezecenter), for photo/video storage, internet etc. (2GB version) Peter H

I am using the T7 as a music server with Slim Devices SqueezeCenter as the server software and Ubuntu Server as the OS. The RealTek network driver had to be added manually. Attempts to upgrade the BIOS were unsuccessful, but there is no real need for that as the original BIOS works well.

Now available the T7 wall mount kit. This industrial grade kit allows the T7 system to be securely mounted to a wall, or side of desk etc. The wall bracket can also enable the T7 PC to be fitted to the back of any standard screen (with VESA mounting holes) If you wish to sandwich the T7 PC between a wall and a screen (using standard VESA mounts) then using 2 wall brackets allows you to do this.

This is a very flexible bracket that I have used fixed low down onto the back of my home wooden workstation near power and my router. You need round head screws with small heads to leave space to slide the unit on. A bit fiddly to slide the unit on but once there looks fine! Owen Wells
