Customer Reviews T2-WHS-A3i silently works away! We bought the T2-WHS-A3i to replace a mish-mash of 3 Win systems for backup, archiving, version control (hot, power hungry and noisy). T2 has no WHS, 2 X 500Gb drives. Installed Debian (another story) and it works great! Silence and cool. Headless, reliable operation!

Great box The box is currently performing its job of backing up my machines with ease and without me worrying aobut it. Its certainly quiet and cool in operation. The only setup problem was assuming that the addin gigabit card would work straight away. It was great having an Ethernet lead in the box.
neville Great server! Thanks a lot for this great server, after some installation-issues it works well, fast and quiet. For reinstalling you have to dismount the eSATA-Card, after that the drivers are installed via Windows Update. Thanks to JB for the help!

Customer Reviews A really brilliant recovery system The Home recovery system is brilliant, but it couldnt save the server from the Microsoft Home Server data corruption bug. Tranquill helped me to re-image the server, and I havent tried to use the recovery system on the new installation.

Customer Reviews Does the job @ reasonable price Simple clear plastic stand that allows the T2 to stand vertically. This saves space. Seems to have no affect on temperature of the unity.
David Coldwell  Useful but can wobble Simple clear perspex stands that securely hold the unit vertically. Just what I needed. Not cheap for what they are though.
If the server was knocked they could folder under the unit but as long as its somewhere safe they do the job well.

Customer Reviews The top turns upward The matgerial is top quality, but it is created so that the front of the server faces upward. You can mount the server so that the front faces to the side, but then it doesnt hang in the middle of the wall bracket.
