The extra 4x USB2.0 ports offer additional storage capacity for external USB HDDs.

According to MS; WHS are headless, but the home server OS and software are so faulty that I had to connect a monitor etc. to solve problems on it. First I installed avg AV but the demo ran out the same day I installed it. And another AV refused remote connections. Besides that the HW is perfect. John

This ticks all the boxes: quiet, small form factor, low power consumption & great design. I couldn't get all this for the same price with self-build. With PP1 Home Server is superb and works flawlessly. The perfect complement to the great hardware. NB Spec says no VGA but it works if you need it. Rich Green

The workmanship on this server is excellent, everyone should open it up before plugging it in just to admire its guts! I've had no problems with the hardware, it runs quietly and consumes little power (which is the reason I bought it. However beware; WHS can be awful. Consider installing Linux. "M M"

The Home recovery system is brilliant, but it couldnt save the server from the Microsoft Home Server data corruption bug. Tranquill helped me to re-image the server, and I havent tried to use the recovery system on the new installation. John

Simple clear plastic stand that allows the T2 to stand vertically. This saves space. Seems to have no affect on temperature of the unity. David Coldwell

Simple clear perspex stands that securely hold the unit vertically. Just what I needed. Not cheap for what they are though. If the server was knocked they could folder under the unit but as long as its somewhere safe they do the job well. Rich Green

The matgerial is top quality, but it is created so that the front of the server faces upward. You can mount the server so that the front faces to the side, but then it doesnt hang in the middle of the wall bracket. John
